What information does RTCompliance collect?

We collect information about you to provide you with compliance services, answer your questions or deal with any requests for advice. In addition, the information is used to manage any matters we may be dealing with that you may be connected to. Information is also processed if you are looking for employment or to work with us. We consider these to be lawful reasons for using the information we collect about you.
How the information is stored and secured
RTCompliance takes the security of your data seriously. We have internal controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed and is not accessed by third parties.
Where RTCompliance engages third parties to process personal data on its behalf, those third parties will do so on the basis of written instructions and you can expect a similar degree of protection in respect of your personal data as you expect from us.
We will hold the information we collect about you only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we have collected it for.
